1. General Shipping Information

We carefully pack and process each order to ensure safe and secure delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a confirmation that your order has been placed, please double-check your spam or junk folder.

1.1 Handling Time

• Orders are processed within approximately 2-3 days to ensure secure and careful packaging.

1.2 Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 8–14 days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen carrier delays and customs clearance if applied.

• DHL for Europe

• PostNord for Sweden

• Tracking updates may be delayed. If you do not see any changes right away, please check back later.

• Your package will only be trackable once it has arrived in your country and has been scanned by the local carrier.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

 • Cost of customs, if applied, are ALWAYS included in the shipping cost!

3. Tracking & Notifications

• A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

• If tracking updates are unavailable, please check back later. Tracking is usually updated when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

4. International Shipping

• Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries.

• Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 days, depending on location and customs clearance.

5. Uncollected or Returned Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a reshipment fee may apply.

• If you fail to collect your package, a fee of 15 € will be charged for the handling of the return.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, contact our Customer Support at support@corebyd.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos may be required for claim processing.
