Refund policy
Returns
• Products can be opened and examined to determine their nature and functionality.
• To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Excessive handling (e.g., visible signs of use, missing packaging or fasteners, or mounted training bands) may result in a 50% depreciation deduction.
Return Process
1. Take clear photographs of the product and email them to support@corebyd.com for approval before returning the item.
2. Make sure all returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If needed, a return label can be provided, and its cost will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Products damaged during return transit will not be refunded—customers should handle shipping complaints with the carrier.
Refunds
• 100% refund for products in new, unused condition.
• 50% refund for products showing signs of use.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal
• A 14-day withdrawal period applies under the Distance Contracts Act.
• Contact support@corebyd.com to initiate the return process.
• Unclaimed packages or packages sent with unauthorized carriers or cash-on-delivery services are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Payment Methods
• Payments are accepted via Klarna, PayPal, ShopPay, and credit card.
