Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

What Happens After You Submit?

  1. We will confirm your withdrawal request by email within 1 business day.
  2. You return the goods within 14 days of your notification.
  3. We will refund the full purchase amount, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If you selected an express or premium delivery option, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded.
